Strong Fall Sukhoi Human Error Suspected
Human error factor is strongly suspected to be the source of Sukhoi Superjet 100 airplane crash in Russia Climbing Mount Salak, Cidahu, Bogor last Wednesday (9/5). The assumption is of course only be confirmed after the discovery of the black box flight.
Allegation was made former Merpati Airlines pilot who has a record of Ronny Rosnadi 33 000 flying hours. "I strongly suspect, the source of the crash was human error," said Ronny, Thursday (10/5).
He then describes a number of early warning devices on the aircraft. Early warning include minimum obstacle clearance altitude (MOCA), the minimum off route altitude (MORA), and theater airborne warning system (TAWS) new version of ground proximity warning system (GPW).
MOCA is a system of notification of the minimum altitude of the aircraft at a particular location radius. The system is available, either in the plane, as well as radar supervisor. "I myself wonder, why the pilot asked permission to go down to an altitude of 6,000 feet. It was breaking MOCA. MOCA in the region because there are about 11,000 feet. Should the plane go down in the coastal region south of Pangandaran. Area is much safer," said Ronny.
A number of the human error factor is the psychological dintaranya pilot was unstable. Or alternatively, the down draft, or the wind because of the change of seasons that makes the plane crashed. "Can convidence over, or under fatigue. Pilot's flight campaign is doing, and it's exhausting. Could be the pilot unobstructed view of the thick fog that he did not suspect it came from," said Ronny.
"Assuming all the early warning devices to work, I suspect, these accidents occur due to human error. Let's see what the black box was talking about this plane crash," he said. Sources: http://www.jawaban.com/
